- We're now offering both options for you to choose from when referring customers
- We've created an online form to make referring customers easy which can be accessed here.
After Sales Customer Service
- You said we need to work on providing better after sales service
- We're now going to contact customers on the day of a new website/ product launch, between 1 week to 1 month after and 12 months after
- You said you prefer contact by telephone so that's what we'll do whenever appropriate. If we can't reach you we'll use email as a back-up
Support
- You said that 10 minutes of support time per month was enough
- You don't think we should offer an out of hours telephone support service
- Some customers were interested in support packages
- We've now put together 3 support options the details of which can be accessed here
Internet Marketing/ Lunch Time Seminars
- There was a great deal of interest for internet marketing and people were looking for prices for these services
- We're now working closely with our partners Source Scotland to provide new packages which we will be emailing you about over the next few weeks
- We're planning to run some seminars in the new year and will be in touch nearer the time to tell you all about them
Newsletter
- You told us you like our newsletters but they're not always relevant to your business
- We've re-vamped our newsletter schedule to make them more general but we're supporting them with customer specific product spotlights
