Any website that we host is automatically supported with our Bronze support package, whereby telephone or email support is available to assist with website issues and domain related email problems. Under the Bronze support scheme, issues and changes that are resolved within the first 10 minutes in any month are FREE.
If additional support is required there are two options we provide:
Support Contracts
Many customers have very specific support requirements for ongoing development of their website. In these cases we identify the likely time required and deliver this at a favourable discount if contracted for a year and paid quarterly in advance. Contact us for a personalised quotation.
Support Packages
Clients can cut the cost of additional support requirements by investing in a higher level annual support package which also bundles in a range of additional value-added services.
