We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of you who
completed our online survey. The results were enlightening and
overwhelmingly positive. A brief summary:
- 97% of HotScot
customers are satisfied or highly satisfied with their experience
- 95% of HotScot
customers are likely or highly likely to continue doing business
with us
- 96% of HotScot
Creative customers are satisfied or highly satisfied and are
likely or highly likely to continue doing business with us
Key
conclusions for development
- Feedback tells us
that some customers would benefit from training on website
optimisation & performance tool such as search engine
opimisation (SEO) and web site stats
- We need to enhance
our after sales perfomance
- £50 discount for
customer referral is not a real incentive to some customers
With this
in mind, we hope you won't mind helping us with a mini follow up survey

VisitScotland
Web in a Box (WIAB)
This is a good way for VisitScotland members to take
advantage of VS online booking at very advantageous rates. However
there are a couple of points that we must make:
- DO NOT buy a new
domain for your WIAB site, we can create a sub domain on your
current domain for you.
- DO NOT just copy
and paste the content from your website into your WIAB pages as
Google could see this as duplicate sites. You will need to create
some additional content
We can
create your subdomain and add a link in to your main website navigation
to direct visitors to your new WIAB for a one-off payment of £49 +vat.
